A Love Story
Twenty-three years ago, a journey began on the Isle of Wight
Where a serendipitous meeting occurred. Immersed in the island's natural splendor and captivated by Graham's childhood tales, inspiration blossomed from our environment. Engaged in painting and deep conversations, we delved into new concepts, meticulously discussing elements that resonated with our creative spirits in nature. Our exploration extended to capturing botanical wonders - leaves, bark, rocks, grass - and other captivating sights through photography. The interplay of light filtering through tree leaves sparked vivid imagery and unveiled intricate patterns, fueling our artistic vision. Our encounter not only kindled a profound love between us but also ignited a passion for crafting exquisite jewellery and art.

While we work in our studio we often think of what brings happiness to us. Nature, color, texture and playing with new ideas. We enjoy working together and can appreciate how lucky we are to be able to express our love and joy through art. We choose jewellery as our medium as it allows us to try new ideas and express ourselves in different materials and techniques.

Where it began
Passionate Creator: Amanda Cope's Story
My journey started with a profound realization of the transformative power of art in people's lives. From a young age, I discovered the ability to express my emotions through creativity, thanks to the guidance of Linda during my time in the care system. What began as dark and somber creations blossomed into vibrant displays of color and texture as I grew older. As I navigated through my twenties, I faced daunting health challenges, including brain surgery and a diagnosis of Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia. Despite these obstacles, I underwent surgeries and eventually found a home in England, where I met my loving husband, Graham. With his unwavering support, I took a leap of faith and founded MarMoo, turning my passion for creating jewellery and home decor into a thriving career. Even setbacks like a jaw injury and a diagnosis of Zollinger-Ellison syndrome couldn't deter me from pursuing my dreams. With determination and the support of my loved ones, I overcame every hurdle that came my way. Today, I continue to design unique pieces that blend art and jewellery, bringing joy and happiness to those who wear them. Remember, no matter what challenges you face, never lose sight of your dreams. With perseverance and a supportive community, you can achieve anything you set your mind to. Surrounded by sandy shores and idyllic countryside, his curiosity blossomed into a passion for both technology and nature, a blend as unique as the island itself. Raised by a math's teacher father and a carnival-loving mother, Graham's upbringing was a tapestry of creativity and values, instilling in him a deep appreciation for honesty, learning, and holistic living. While pursuing a career in information technology, Graham never lost touch with his innate creativity. Strolls through the woods and tending to plants became his sanctuary, nurturing his artistic spirit. Leveraging his tech skills, he seamlessly weaves his love for design into intricate jewellery pieces, a harmonious fusion of his diverse interests. Rooted in his cherished memories of the Isle of Wight, Graham's evolution into a jewellery artist is a testament to the power of positive childhood influences and the boundless potential of blending technology with creativity.

Green Cast is 100% recycled and recyclable cast acrylic sheets, offering a clear path towards a new sustainable and circular approach to design.
Piñatex is sustainable and environmentally friendly it is made from waste pineapple leaves which would otherwise be discarded. It is cruelty free as no animals are harmed in the production of this material.
